Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) has been an important part of my life since the Fall of 2002 when I was new to the area, mom of a 2 1/2 year old daughter, and expecting baby #2. Getting involved with MOPS has been instrumental in helping me to blossom as a mom. It has helped me to see that I am not alone in my struggle of loving my kids with all my heart yet feeling at times like they drive me crazy! Through MOPS, I have been blessed with great friends; I have learned more about what it means to really love my husband and children; I have had fun learning new creative activities; I have gained leadership skills; and I have grown closer to the Lord through being an eyewitness to the transformation He has made in so many women's lives!Monday, October 6, 2008
